🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage all domestic and international travel reservations, including complex arrangements by utilizing Sabre
• Provide consultative advice and tailored solutions for VIP travelers, ensuring compliance with travel policies
• Operate across multiple channels while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)

📝 Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Canadian French and English
• Deep knowledge of booking practices for air, hotel, car, and rail travel
• Over 5 years of experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant
• Proficiency in Sabre (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong understanding of fares and ticketing rules for both domestic and international travel
