Job Description

A reputable company seeks a French Bilingual Executive Travel Counselor to expertly handle travel arrangements and deliver personalized service. This role involves managing complex travel bookings and ensuring VIP client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all travel reservations for both domestic and international trips, including complex arrangements using Sabre
• Provide consultative advice and solutions tailored to VIP travelers, while strictly adhering to travel policies
• Operate across multiple channels, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Canadian French and English
• In-depth knowledge of booking practices for air, hotel, car, and rail travel
• Over 5 years of experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant
• Proficiency in Sabre (preferred)
• Strong understanding of fares and ticketing rules for both domestic and international travel
