Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Manage all domestic and international travel reservations, including complex itineraries using Sabre
• Provide consultative advice and tailored solutions for VIP travelers, ensuring compliance with company travel policies
• Operate efficiently across multi-channel environments, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and meeting key performance indicators

Required Qualifications ✅

• Fluency in both Canadian French and English
• In-depth knowledge of booking practices for air, hotel, car rentals, and rail travel
• Over 5 years of experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant
• Proficiency in Sabre (preferred)
• Strong understanding of fares and ticketing rules for domestic and international travel
