Job Overview

Our Global Researchers conduct a fascinating variety of international background checks for clients' applicants across more than 245 countries worldwide. These checks include, but are not limited to:

• Employment verification
• Education verification
• Criminal record checks
• Credit checks
• Professional licensing
• Directorship checks

Who We're Looking For

We seek a dedicated individual who can leverage their international education and experiences daily. Fluency in a language besides English—particularly French—is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates without language skills will also be considered.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Warminster, PA. We're hiring for shifts of:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The position offers a pay rate of $16.50/hr.

Responsibilities

Background Verification & Research Support

• Verify information for employment and applicant screening through phone, mail, or email.
• Contact vendors and utilize databases for verification purposes, including:
• Education & employment histories
• References & court/police records
• Credit reports & government databases
• Motor vehicle records
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of research requests.
• Collaborate with coordinators to uphold client satisfaction, quick turnaround times, and quality results.
• Assist in establishing and implementing procedures for international searches.
• Adhere to all company security policies, safeguarding client and corporate data. 🔒

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in French is required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent prioritization, research, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential information.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate international vendors and clients.

Educational Requirements

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
