Your Responsibilities 📝
- Answer inbound calls from French-speaking dealers
- Gather and document information in English
- Deliver solutions efficiently in French, following established processes
- Achieve quality and productivity goals by:
- Understanding project operations and workflows
- Providing services that meet targets
- Offer timely, accurate solutions via calls, chats, emails, and other communication channels with a positive attitude

- Strong computer navigation and typing skills

- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
Eligibility Requirements
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing French, with understanding of Quebecois dialect (French fluency test required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of relevant work experience, including call center and customer service roles
- Availability to work shifts during operations hours:
- Monday - Friday (no weekends!)
- 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Central time / 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. Eastern time
- Schedule reliability is essential due to time-sensitive queues

- An associate degree
