About The Role

Are you fluent in French and have a good ear for understanding Québécois French? If you're seeking a work-from-home opportunity that leverages your language and computer skills, this position might be perfect for you!

What You'll Do

  • Receive calls from French-speaking dealers
  • Gather and document information in English
  • Deliver effective resolutions in French, following defined processes and applications
  • Maintain quality and productivity targets by:
    • Understanding project operations and workflows
    • Providing services aligned with goals
  • Offer timely and accurate solutions via inbound/outbound calls, chats, emails, and other channels with a positive attitude 😊

Skills For Success

Required Skills

  • Strong computer navigation and typing skills
  • Extensive customer service experience (call centers, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • Positive, self-motivated attitude and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills

Eligibility Requirements

  • Fluent in French (speaking, reading, writing) and familiar with Québécois dialect (French fluency test required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in related roles for at least one year
  • Call center experience and customer service background (1+ year)
  • Availability to work within scheduled shifts:
    • Monday - Friday (no weekends!)
    • 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Central / 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. Eastern
  • Reliable adherence to scheduled hours is essential

  • Associate degree

Remote Work Requirements

  • Wisconsin residency
  • Secluded, distraction-free workspace
  • Required internet setup:
    • High-speed wired internet (cable or fiber)
    • Computer physically connected via Ethernet cable
    • Wireless, 5G, or satellite connections are not supported
