About the Role
Are you fluent in French and have a good ear for understanding Québécois French? This remote position at Morley allows you to utilize your language and computer skills while working from home, supporting our dealership clients with professionalism and care.

- Communicate with dealership partners, documenting details and providing excellent customer service in both French and English
- Help maintain strong client relationships by resolving issues promptly

What You’ll Do
- Receive calls from French-speaking dealers 📞
- Gather and document information in English 📝
- Deliver effective and efficient resolutions in French using defined processes and applications 🎯
- Meet quality and productivity targets by:
- Understanding project operations and workflows
- Providing services that meet defined goals
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound communications (phone calls, chats, emails) while maintaining a positive attitude 😊
Required Skills
- Strong computer navigation and typing skills 💻
- Extensive customer service experience (call centers, retail, hospitality, etc.) 🗣️
- A positive, self-starting attitude with a solid work ethic and meticulous attention to detail 🔍
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills 👂
Nice to Have
- Associate degree 🎓
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing French, with understanding of the Québécois dialect (may require taking a fluency test) 📝
- High school diploma or equivalent 🎓
- Proven success in a related role for one or more years 🕒
Eligibility Requirements
- Fluent in French (speaking, reading, writing) and familiar with Québécois French dialect
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of relevant experience, including call center work preferred
