What You’ll Do

• Receive calls from French-speaking dealers 📞
• Gather and document information in English 📝
• Deliver effective and efficient resolutions in French using defined processes and applications 🎯
• Meet quality and productivity targets by:
  • Understanding project operations and workflows
  • Providing services that meet defined goals
• Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound communications (phone calls, chats, emails) while maintaining a positive attitude 😊

Required Skills

• Strong computer navigation and typing skills 💻
• Extensive customer service experience (call centers, retail, hospitality, etc.) 🗣️
• A positive, self-starting attitude with a solid work ethic and meticulous attention to detail 🔍
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills 👂

Nice to Have

• Associate degree 🎓
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing French, with understanding of the Québécois dialect (may require taking a fluency test) 📝
• High school diploma or equivalent 🎓
• Proven success in a related role for one or more years 🕒

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant experience, including call center work preferred
