🤝 Role Overview

The Executive Travel Consultant at Amex GBT is dedicated to providing an outstanding travel experience to our corporate clients. Working within a high-performing and specialized team, you'll offer personalized support and top-tier customer service. This role is based remotely, supporting a small team of highly skilled professionals.

📝 Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Manage all domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, trains, ground transportation, and hotels, using Sabre.
  • Provide expert advice, solutions, and recommendations to VIP clients, ensuring adherence to their travel policies and requirements.
  • Operate across multiple channels, maintaining accountability for customer satisfaction, productivity, and strategic partnerships.
  • Utilize effective communication techniques via phone and email to respond to client requests and foster strong relationships.
  • Proactively offer additional services such as hotel stays and car rentals.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy, always aligning with company ethics, values, and compliance standards.
  • Adhere to all Amex GBT policies and procedures.

🎯 Ideal Profile

  • Fluent in Canadian French and English.
  • Deep knowledge of booking practices and policies for flights, hotels, cars, and trains, both domestically and internationally.
  • Over 5 years of experience as a corporate travel advisor, with high-touch customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Sabre is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of fare rules and ticketing procedures for global travel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering excellence in customer service with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Greater integrity in handling personal and confidential traveler information.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple applications.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Friday between 5:00 am and 6:00 pm Pacific Time, with hours varying based on client needs.

🌎 Location and Compensation

Based in the United States, the estimated salary range for this position is $46,900 - $87,100. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and work location.
