What You’ll Do on a Typical Day 🗓️

• Manage travel reservations for domestic and international trips, including flights, trains, ground transportation, and hotels via Sabre.
• Offer expert advice and tailored recommendations to VIP clients, ensuring compliance with travel policies and preferences.
• Operate across multiple channels, monitoring key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, productivity, and strategic partnerships.
• Engage with clients through effective phone and email communication, responding to specific needs and maintaining excellent relationships.
• Proactively promote additional services like hotel stays and car rentals to travelers.
• Maintain enthusiasm and energy within the organization, upholding company ethics, values, and compliance standards.
• Follow all policies and procedures set by Amex GBT to ensure consistency and quality service.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate 🎯

• Bilingual proficiency in Canadian French and English.
• Deep knowledge of booking practices and policies for flights, hotels, cars, and trains at both national and international levels.
• High-end executive customer service experience.
• Over 5 years of experience as a corporate travel advisor.
• Sabre proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of travel fares and ticketing rules worldwide.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Passion for customer service with keen attention to detail.
• Integrity in handling sensitive traveler information.
• Basic IT skills, capable of multitasking across multiple applications.

Work Schedule & Location 🕒🌎

Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday, between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Shifts may vary based on client hours. This position is based in the United States, working remotely from home.

Compensation & Benefits 💼💙

The US salary range for this role is from $46,900 to $87,100. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
