Overview of the Role
The role of Executive Travel Consultant at Amex GBT is dedicated to providing outstanding travel experiences for our corporate clients. Working within a high-performing, specialized team of home-based professionals, you'll handle personalized customer service and craft creative travel solutions using advanced tools and technologies.

What You'll Do on a Typical Day 🚀
- Manage travel bookings: Coordinate domestic and international reservations across flights, trains, ground transportation, and hotels using Sabre.
- Advise VIP clients: Offer tailored recommendations, solutions, and travel policies adherence for high-profile travelers.
- Operate in a multi-channel environment: Maintain oversight of key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, productivity metrics, and strategic partnership development.
- Communicate effectively: Employ professional phone and email techniques to respond to client requests and foster excellent relationships.
- Proactively sell additional services: Offer hotel stays, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Uphold company values: Demonstrate enthusiasm, energy, and respect for ethics, values, and compliance policies.
Profile We're Looking For 🎯
- Bilingual skills: Fluency in Canadian French and English required.
- Travel booking expertise: In-depth knowledge of policies for flights, hotels, transportation, both domestic and international.
- Experience: Over 5 years as a corporate travel advisor, high-end customer service experience.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Sabre (preferred), understanding of fare rules and ticketing practices.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal abilities.
- Customer service passion: Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Integrity: Respectful handling of sensitive and confidential traveler information.
- Tech-savvy: Basic computer skills and multitasking abilities across multiple applications.
Work Schedule & Location
Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday, from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, with potential schedule adjustments based on client needs.
Location: United States (Remote-based role)
Compensation & Benefits 💼🎁
