About the Role
The Conseiller en voyages d'affaires exécutif at Amex GBT is dedicated to delivering an exceptional travel experience for our corporate clients. Working within a high-performing, specialized team, you will ensure personalized support and top-tier customer service. In this dynamic environment, you will manage client relationships and craft creative travel solutions using the latest tools and technology.

What You'll Do
- Manage all booking arrangements for domestic and international travel, including flights, trains, ground transportation, and hotels, whether simple or complex, using Sabre.
- Provide expert advice and tailored recommendations to VIP clients, respecting their travel policies and requirements.
- Work across multiple channels and take responsibility for key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, productivity, and strategic partnerships.
- Communicate effectively via phone and email, responding to client requests and maintaining excellent relationships.
- Proactively offer additional services such as hotel bookings, car rentals, etc.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy within the company while adhering to our ethics, values, and compliance standards.
- Follow all Amex GBT policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in Canadian French and English.
- Deep knowledge of booking practices for flights, hotels, car rentals, and trains on both national and international levels.
- Experience in high-end executive customer service.
- Over 5 years of experience as a corporate travel advisor.
- Sabre proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of fares and ticketing rules for domestic and international travel.
- Outstanding communication skills — both written and oral.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with keen attention to detail.
- Integrity and discretion in handling travelers' personal and confidential information.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools and the ability to juggle multiple applications simultaneously.
Work Schedule & Location
Candidates must be available to work from Monday to Friday, between 5:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time. Please note that schedules may vary based on client hours.
