About the Role 🧳

The Conseiller en voyages d'affaires exécutif at Amex GBT provides exceptional travel experiences to our corporate clients. Working within a dynamic, specialized team, you'll deliver personalized support and top-tier customer service. In this role, you will be fully responsible for client relationships and the customer journey, offering creative travel solutions using the latest tools and technology.

This position is part of a small, highly skilled team of remote Executive Corporate Travel Consultants. If you are motivated, collaborative, and prioritize quality interactions over volume, this role is perfect for you!

What You'll Do on a Typical Day 🚀

• Manage all reservations: Book domestic and international travel—flights, trains, ground transportation, and hotels—using Sabre, whether simple or complex.
• Provide expert advice: Offer solutions and recommendations to VIP clients, ensuring compliance with their travel policies and requirements.
• Operate in a multichannel environment: Meet KPIs such as customer satisfaction, productivity, and develop strategic partnerships with preferred vendors.
• Communicate effectively: Use phone and email techniques to respond to client requests and build strong relationships.
• Proactively sell additional services: Present options like hotels and car rentals to enhance traveler experience.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm: Maintain energy and positivity while adhering to company ethics, values, and compliance policies.
• Follow policies: Comply with all Amex GBT procedures and standards.

Profile We're Looking For 🔍

• Fluent in Canadian French and English.
• Deep knowledge of booking practices for flights, hotels, car rentals, and trains nationally and internationally.
• Experience in high-end executive customer service.
• Minimum of 5 years as a corporate travel advisor.
• Proficiency in Sabre is a plus.
• Strong understanding of fare rules and ticketing policies for global travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with attention to detail.
• Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive traveler information.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and multitasking across multiple platforms.

Work Schedule & Location 🕒🌎

Candidates should be available to work Monday to Friday, between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Schedules may vary based on client needs.

Location: United States (Remote)

Compensation 💰

The US national base salary range for this role is from $46,900 to $87,100. Actual salary will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and work location. For details on benefits, please check our Benefits-at-a-Glance document.
