About the Role

As an Executive Travel Consultant at Amex GBT, you will provide outstanding travel experiences to our corporate clients. Working within a highly skilled, remote team, you will manage personalized travel arrangements using advanced tools and technology, ensuring each client’s journey is seamless and tailored to their needs.

Your Daily Responsibilities 📝

• Manage all travel reservations — domestic and international, including air, rail, ground transportation, and hotel bookings, using Sabre.
• Advise VIP clients on travel options, providing tailored solutions while respecting their travel policies and requirements.
• Maintain excellence in multi-channel communication, ensuring high customer satisfaction, productivity, and strategic partnership development.
• Respond effectively to client requests via phone and email, building and nurturing strong relationships.
• Proactively promote additional travel services such as hotel and car rentals.
• Uphold company values by demonstrating enthusiasm, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards and compliance policies.
• Follow all Amex GBT policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.

Candidate Profile 🎯

• Bilingual in Canadian French and English — essential.
• Deep knowledge of reservations for flights, hotels, cars, and trains, both nationally and internationally.
• High-end customer service experience — 5+ years as a corporate travel advisor preferred.
• Proficiency in Sabre an advantage.
• Strong understanding of fares, ticketing rules, and travel regulations.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service with an eye for detail.
• Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive traveler information.
• Basic computer skills, with the ability to multitask across multiple applications.

Working Conditions and Schedule

Candidates should be available to work Monday through Friday, with shifts from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Hours may vary based on client needs.

Salary Range 💰
