Position Overview
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $16/hr
Schedule: French Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (2 openings)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual French Customer Service Agent to assist customers by resolving insurance discrepancies related to auto leases and loans. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound informational calls to address issues such as canceled policies, missing payments, or incomplete documentation. 🚗💬
This position is strictly non-sales and non-collections—calls focus solely on problem resolution and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 14 outbound calls per hour, fully phone-based
- Contact customers to resolve insurance-related issues efficiently
- Verify insurance details directly with insurance agents (coverages, deductibles, etc.)
- Accurately upload and document information within internal systems
- Leave client-approved scripted voicemails when agents are unavailable
- Ensure all insurance requirements are met promptly and professionally
Training Program
- Duration: First 3 weeks
- Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Includes classroom instruction, job shadowing, and monitored calls
- A performance assessment is conducted at the end of week three
- An 80% passing score is required to transition into the regular shift
- One additional week is available for reassessment if needed; failure to pass may lead to termination
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, call center, office, data entry, restaurant roles, etc.)
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the workday
- Ability to meet performance expectations (call volume, accuracy, quality)
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-focus mindset
Preferred Skills
- Customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to follow scripts and detailed processes
- Excellent time management and attention to detail

Pay Range & Benefits
The hourly pay rate is $16.00.
