TEKsystems Is Hiring A French Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Looking for a bilingual French-speaking customer service role that allows you to work remotely? Join us as a Remote Bilingual French Customer Service Agent supporting auto insurance clients from anywhere in the world! 🚗🇫🇷

Position Overview

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $16/hr

Schedule: French shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (2 openings)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Bilingual French Customer Service Agent to assist customers with auto lease and loan insurance inquiries. You'll make outbound calls to resolve discrepancies such as canceled policies, missing payments, or incomplete documentation. Important note: This role is purely informational — no sales or collections involved! 📞✨

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle approximately 14 outbound calls per hour; this position is 100% phone-based 📱
  • Contact customers to resolve insurance-related issues
  • Verify insurance details directly with insurance agents (e.g., coverage limits, deductibles)
  • Accurately upload and document information within internal systems
  • Leave client-approved scripted voicemails when insurance agents are unavailable
  • Ensure all insurance requirements are met promptly and professionally

Training Details

  • Duration: 3 weeks
  • Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Includes classroom instruction, job shadowing, and monitored calls
  • A performance assessment occurs at the end of week three
  • Must score at least 80% to progress to the assigned shift
  • Additional week available for reassessment; failure results in termination of the assignment

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) 🇫🇷🇺🇸
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, call center, office, data entry, restaurant, etc.)
  • Comfortable being on the phone throughout the workday
  • Ability to meet performance standards (call volume, quality, accuracy)
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Customer service or call center experience
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to follow scripts and detailed processes
  • Good time management and attention to detail

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract-to-Hire position based out of Miami, FL. 🌴
