Position Overview

The French Bilingual Customer Service Associate - Financial provides exceptional customer service to banking and financial clients. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate customer records. Your excellent communication skills and financial knowledge will be key to your success!

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries promptly, assessing their needs and providing proactive solutions.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, identifying causes, and explaining the best resolutions. Follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Answer calls with a pleasant, professional demeanor.
  • Document resolutions and follow up with customers as necessary.
  • Update and maintain customer account information accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Follow up on special cases to reach optimal solutions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills

  • Fluent in French and English 🌍
  • Strong mathematical Skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently across multiple screens and systems
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Decisiveness with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience handling financial inquiries with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Minimum 1 year of financial customer service experience
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
