🎯 Job Description

The French Adjunct Instructor at South Piedmont Community College will facilitate engaging learning experiences that help students achieve their academic and career goals within the School of Arts and Sciences. Courses may include Elementary French I and Elementary French II, offered in both asynchronous and synchronous formats. Instructional duties may occur at the Monroe campus, Polkton campus, or online, with scheduling flexibility across daytime, evening, and weekends depending on departmental needs and instructor availability.

🎓 Required Qualifications

A Master's degree in the teaching discipline OR a completed Master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the discipline.

  • Community college teaching experience
  • Online teaching experience
  • Proficiency with Canvas as the course delivery system; new adjuncts must complete Canvas training or demonstrate prior experience upon hire.
