Candidate Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Russian
• Minimum 6 months interpretation experience preferred
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to ensure high accuracy
• Ability to render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions
• Capability to explain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication, either with permission or at the client’s request

Technical Requirements

• 90% English proficiency
• Stable wired internet connection
• USB wired headset
• Windows 10 or Mac operating systems
