About the Role

As a freelance Telephone Interpreter, your responsibilities include:

• 📞 Delivering accurate, impartial, and confidential interpretation between English and Haitian Creole
• 🌍 Supporting clients in healthcare, local government, and public services remotely
• 🗓️ Managing your own schedule while maintaining high-quality interpretation services

About You

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• 🗣️ Fluency in Haitian Creole
• 📝 Excellent communication and active listening skills
• 🇬🇧 Right to work in the UK
• 📱 Access to a smartphone and reliable home Wi-Fi
• 📝 Willing to undergo our recruitment and onboarding process
• 🔍 Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
