Freelance Quality & Team Manager (German Speaking) - Berlin, Germany

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated German-speaking Freelance Quality & Team Manager to join an international project. This role offers the flexibility of remote work across Europe and the opportunity to influence service quality and team development within a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions and call monitoring to identify strengths and areas for development
• Ensure high service quality with a focus on customer satisfaction and professional expertise
• Analyze training needs and coordinate activities such as communication, product knowledge, and process training
• Deliver online workshops and onboarding sessions utilizing diverse training methodologies
• Motivate and guide a fully remote team, promoting high standards and engagement
• Act as the primary operational contact for team members
• Identify process improvements and report performance metrics to the Operations Manager

Requirements

• Completed professional training with experience as a Team Leader, Coach, or Quality Manager in customer service
• Proven success in leading and motivating remote teams
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a constructive, development-oriented approach
• High quality standards, a structured working style, and attention to detail
• Comfort working in cross-functional and intercultural environments
• Professional, confident attitude with a collaborative mindset
