About the Job

This is a remote position across Europe, ideal for professionals who value autonomy and impactful work. As a Freelance Quality & Team Manager, you will oversee the service quality and professional growth of up to 25 freelance customer advisors, providing guidance, coaching, and operational leadership in a vibrant, people-oriented environment.

Your Responsibilities

• 🤝 Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions and call monitoring to identify strengths and development areas
• 🌟 Ensure high service quality focusing on customer satisfaction and expertise
• 📝 Analyse training needs and coordinate activities covering communication skills, product knowledge, and processes
• 🎥 Deliver online workshops and onboarding sessions using diverse training methods
• 🚀 Motivate and guide a fully remote team, upholding high standards
• 📞 Serve as the first operational contact point for the team
• 🔍 Identify process improvements and report on performance metrics to the Operations Manager

Requirements

• 🏆 Completed professional training and experience as a Team Leader, Coach, or Quality Manager in customer service
• 🌐 Proven experience in leading and motivating remote teams
• 🇩🇪🇬🇧 Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• 🗣️ Strong communication and coaching skills, with a constructive, development-focused approach
• 🎯 High standards for quality, structured working style, and meticulous attention to detail
• 🌍 Comfortable working in cross-functional and intercultural environments
• 🤝 Professional, confident, and collaborative attitude
