• Cultural Understanding: Ability to explain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication, with client permission or upon request

Technical Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: At least 90% English proficiency
• Internet Connection: Stable wired internet connection
• Equipment: USB wired headset
