Candidate Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
• Minimum of 1 year interpretation experience (preferred)
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to ensure high accuracy
• Ability to render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions
• Capability to explain cultural concepts when necessary to prevent miscommunication, with client permission or upon request

Technical Requirements

• English proficiency of at least 90%
• Stable wired internet connection
• USB wired headset
• Operating system: Windows 10 or Mac
