Responsibilities

• Community Management: Oversee and coordinate Binance's online and offline communities throughout France, ensuring active engagement and growth.
• Telegram Campaigns: Lead moderation efforts on Telegram, implement chatbots, and organize engaging mini-games and community campaigns to energize members.
• Event Organization: Plan and execute both offline and online events such as meetups, webinars, workshops, and educational sessions to foster community learning and interaction.
• Partnership Building: Establish and nurture collaborations with local crypto communities, student groups, and universities to expand Binance Academy initiatives and regional outreach.
• Volunteer Program Support: Assist with recruiting, training, and managing Binance Angels (Volunteer Program), maintaining clear communication and tracking performance.
• Content Creation & Localization: Develop, translate, and proofread community content in French and English, ensuring clarity, relevance, and accuracy.
• Social Media Moderation: Moderate regional social platforms and chat groups, promoting positive, safe, and engaging interactions.
• Brand Promotion: Advocate for Binance’s brand, products, and marketing campaigns while providing exceptional community support.
• Platform Expansion: Explore and introduce new platforms to reach broader audiences and increase brand visibility.
• Insights & Feedback: Gather user insights, market trends, and community feedback to inform regional strategies and internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in community management, event planning, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Telegram moderation, chatbots, mini-games, and campaign implementation.
• Event Management: Proven success organizing offline and online events across various city tiers.
• Partnership Development: Ability to build and sustain collaborations with local communities, student groups, and academic institutions.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both French and English.
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Binance’s products and core features (Spot, P2P, Futures, NFT, etc.).
• Communication Skills: Excellent copywriting, content creation, and multilingual communication abilities.
