Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to provide sophisticated financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. This role will support strategic decision-making across the organization. Collaboration with business leaders is essential to evaluate financial health, identify risks and opportunities, and spearhead cost and profitability initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-finance stakeholders. 📊🤝

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
• Analyze variances against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods; explain drivers and trends.
• Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and financial modeling for strategic initiatives.
• Develop complex financial models to back business cases, investments, pricing strategies, and cost-reduction efforts.
• Analyze operational and financial KPIs; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with functional leaders in Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, Engineering to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Deliver accurate and timely reports to HQ and internal stakeholders.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with corporate financial standards.
• Participate in special projects focused on finance and business performance improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in FP&A roles.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
