Your Role

• Support the FP & A activities, with a focus on monthly performance measurement
• Manage the Budget and Forecast process
• Support special projects aimed at transforming the business unit
• Provide Monthly Group reports to Top Management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Additionally, you may be tasked with performing other roles as your role expands. 🎯

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a quantitative field (with honors)
• At least 2 to 5 years experience in finance, M&A, or business analysis
• Excellent command of Italian and English languages
• Proficiency in Ms Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in financial modeling, reporting, performance measurement, and big data analysis
• Knowledge of SAP modules is a plus
• Demonstrates a "get things done" attitude, with strong prioritization, support, and tracking skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Availability for weekly travel to Emilia Romagna
