Your Role
- Support the FP & A activities, with a focus on monthly performance measurement
- Manage the Budget and Forecast process
- Support special projects aimed at transforming the business unit
- Provide Monthly Group reports to Top Management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Additionally, you may be tasked with performing other roles as your role expands. 🎯
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a quantitative field (with honors)
- At least 2 to 5 years experience in finance, M&A, or business analysis
- Excellent command of Italian and English languages
- Proficiency in Ms Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in financial modeling, reporting, performance measurement, and big data analysis
- Knowledge of SAP modules is a plus
- Demonstrates a "get things done" attitude, with strong prioritization, support, and tracking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Availability for weekly travel to Emilia Romagna
