Lubetzky Family Foundation Is Hiring A Foundation Coordinator

The Lubetzky Family Foundation is seeking a dedicated Foundation Coordinator to support its impactful work in combating hate and promoting peace through strategic grantmaking and organizational management.

Who We Are

At The Lubetzky Family Foundation (LFF), created by KIND Snacks Founder Daniel Lubetzky, our mission is to combat antisemitism and all forms of hate. We pursue this mission through strategic grantmaking, partnerships with impact-driven organizations, and, when gaps exist, via our own entrepreneurial programs. Our philanthropic toolkit comprises private operating foundations, a donor-advised fund, and public charities founded and co-created by our team. These include:

  • Frontline Builders: Mobilizing resources to support those on the frontlines of crisis and recovery
  • Builders Movement: Equipping citizens to overcome toxic polarization and take action in media, civics, and education — working to solve tough problems together. Currently launching Builders Texas in Texas.
  • Builders of the Middle East: Creating multilingual content to promote anti-extremism and inspire the next generation of "builders" for a more tolerant Middle East.
  • PeaceWorks Foundation: Amplifying moderate voices for lasting peace, including bringing Israeli and Palestinian peacebuilders to US campuses through PeaceWorks on Campus.

Guided by the Builders Mindset — Compassion, Curiosity, Courage, and Creativity — we are always seeking new partnership opportunities.
