We're looking for a dedicated Forklift Operator to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse, combining skilled equipment handling with general site upkeep. If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and adaptable to outdoor conditions, this could be the perfect role for you!

Position Details

• Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM) 🕒
• Pay: $25/hr 💰
• Overtime: 20+ hours per week ⏱️
• Location: Linden, CA 📍

About the Role

As a Forklift Operator, you'll perform essential tasks beyond equipment operation, including warehouse maintenance like sweeping, shoveling, restacking pallets, and inventory counting. You will work both indoors and outdoors, so comfort in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat) is necessary to keep our environment safe and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate: forklifts, clamp trucks, and similar equipment to handle shipments.
• Prepare Shipments: pull, arrange, and verify product quantities and types.
• Store: stack and organize merchandise in a neat, orderly manner.
• Stock Rotation: ensure proper management of raw materials and finished goods.
• Unload & Store: raw materials per storage plans.
• Support Production: deliver and remove raw materials for manufacturing processes.
• Batch & Media Mixing: follow recipes accurately, ensuring correct quantities and sequence.
• Inventory & Quality Checks: perform basic math for counts, collaborate with QA for line clearance and validation.
• Equipment Maintenance: inspect and perform minor repairs on forklifts and related devices.
• Safety & Quality: report issues and assist in safety compliance with OSHA and MSDS standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred 🎓
• 1–2 years of recent forklift operation experience required 🚜
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures 🦺
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 🏋️‍♂️
• Capability to safely climb on and off equipment 🧗‍♀️
• Effective communication skills 🗣️
