Job Responsibilities (May Include But Are Not Limited To)

• Support Food Scientists: Assist in product development, testing, and evaluation.
• Sample Preparation & Lab Organization: Help with ingredient measurements, sample prep, and maintaining lab cleanliness.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness in lab and test kitchen environments.
• Documentation: Record research findings and prepare technical reports.
• Team Participation: Engage in team meetings and contribute to product trials.
• Travel: Minimal travel required (1–2 short trips) during the commitment period.

Skills & Qualifications

Skills

• Basic experience and techniques in a food lab environment.
• Experience in food product development is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual in Korean is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Food Science, Nutrition, or related program (Undergraduate or Graduate).
• No prior work experience required—students and gap-year students are welcome!
• Available to commit to at least 3 months; flexible hours are available.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• This position is fully onsite at our Fullerton location. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
