What You'll Do 🚀

Starting with a comprehensive 6-week unpaid training program, you'll be prepared to become a certified safety professional, service expert, and ambassador of our brand. Post-certification, your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring passenger safety and comfort by adhering to FAA regulations and company policies.
  • Responding with leadership and calmness to emergencies and routine situations.
  • Maintaining high standards of dependability and professionalism for punctual departures and smooth operations.
  • Handling long hours and irregular schedules with resilience and adaptability.
  • Following all company policies, appearance, and uniform standards.
  • Working independently and collaboratively as part of the flight crew.
  • Providing exceptional in-flight service, including serving meals, beverages, and selling onboard products.
  • Managing diverse customer-facing situations on and off the aircraft with professionalism and care.
  • Operating in various global environments, climates, and time zones.

All You Need for Success 📝

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 20 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least two years of customer service experience in industries like retail, hospitality, food service, education, aviation, or social services.
  • Ability to sit in a jump seat and operate emergency exits without modifications.
  • Valid U.S. or foreign passport with visas valid through December 31, 2026, and understanding of visa requirements for foreign passports.
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. and ability to travel unrestrictedly.
  • Willingness to relocate to various bases including BOS, CLT, DCA, DFW, LGA, LAX, MIA, ORD, PHL, or PHX.
  • Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
  • Ability to report for on-call reserve duty at your assigned base.
  • Professional appearance: no visible tattoos, no facial piercings, and no more than one earring per ear.
