Your Career Journey

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you'll begin by obtaining essential Securities Industry licenses:

• Participate in personalized classes for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams
• Learn foundational skills for advising clients, from relationship building to providing tailored financial solutions
• Humanize financial interactions to help clients achieve their financial aspirations

Once licensed, you will be trained to deliver Bank of America's core banking and investment solutions directly within a financial center, fostering meaningful client relationships and delivering superior service.

Progression & Development

Demonstrating success as a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I paves the way to the next level—Stage II. At this stage, you'll deepen client relationships and grow your portfolio, with opportunities for advancement within Bank of America and Merrill.

The Bank's dedicated Academy offers ongoing support, tools, and resources to guide your career development every step of the way.

Regulatory Requirements & Flexibility

This role is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees involved in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry and stay compliant. Failure to maintain registration may result in immediate termination.

Your training may initially be phone-based, starting at one financial center with potential relocation options within commuting distance, based on business needs and legal considerations.
