Job Title: Financial Advisor 💰📈

This position involves delivering tailored financial advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial objectives. Key aspects include lead triage, client meetings, financial planning, and product recommendations. The role may also involve residential mortgage loan origination, requiring SAFE Act registration.

Responsibilities 🔑

  • Work with clients to develop comprehensive financial plans utilizing brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions
  • Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals
  • Triáž client requests and refer to appropriate internal service providers based on assets and needs
  • Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals and existing clientele
  • Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and potential product solutions

Required Qualifications ✅

  • Current Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses — conditional offer if only a 63 or 65 is held, with a 60-day window for licensing completion
  • At least one year of experience in the investments industry with in-depth product knowledge
  • Minimum of one year in financial services or a related sales environment exceeding goals
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage goals, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in fast-paced settings
  • Continuous learner, adaptable, and client-focused
  • Regulatory diligence and strategic thinking

Desired Qualifications 🌟

  • Proficiency in computer applications and multitasking
  • Over three years in financial services or sales roles
  • Professional designations such as CFP or CRPC
  • Insurance licenses
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
