Responsibilities
Job Purpose
Financial Operations play a crucial role by managing client funds and ensuring an optimal customer experience. Our mission is to provide operational excellence through the expertise of our dedicated, service-minded team. We collaborate proactively with Sales, Client Services, and Compliance to process transactions accurately and promptly, fostering a positive client relationship.
Key Responsibilities
- Support back office operations by processing customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Facilitate inbound and outbound payments, including wire transfers, credit cards, e-checks, and checks.
- Learn and utilize various banking systems to support treasury functions.
- Help manage risks associated with financial transactions.
- Keep management informed of processing issues and red flags.
- Manage and complete internal projects or individual tasks as delegated.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in ongoing enhancements to our client treasury operations.
Qualifications 🎓
- Fluency in Mandarin is required.
- Availability to work between 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET.
- Ability to work in-office 4 days a week, with 1 day optional remote work.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a solution-driven team.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Capacity to multitask proactively and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- A passion for learning about Financial Operations and Global Banking.
- Experience in operational/back office or customer service roles is a plus.
- Flexibility in scheduling is essential.

This hybrid role is located in Warren, New Jersey, offering competitive entry-level compensation:
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $43,000 (determined by education, experience, skills, and internal equity)
- Potential eligibility for incentive compensation based on business performance and management recommendations
