Responsibilities 📝

Job Purpose

The Financial Operations team plays a vital role in managing client funds and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Our mission is to deliver operational excellence by partnering proactively with Sales, Client Services, and Compliance teams to ensure transactions are processed accurately and promptly, fostering a positive client relationship.

Key Responsibilities

• Support back-office operations in processing customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers).
• Facilitate inbound and outbound payments (wire transfers, credit cards, e-checks, checks).
• Learn various banking systems to support treasury functions effectively.
• Assist in managing risks associated with financial transactions.
• Keep management informed of processing issues and red flags.
• Manage and fulfill internal projects or delegated tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in our client treasury processes.

Qualifications 🎯

• Fluency in Mandarin is required.
• Availability to work between 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET.
• In-office presence for 4 days a week, with 1 remote day optional.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a solution-driven team.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multitask and proactively manage work under pressure.
• Passion for learning about Financial Operations and Global Banking.
• Previous operational/back-office or customer service experience is a plus.
• Flexible schedule availability is essential.

Compensation and Benefits 💰

This hybrid position located in Warren, New Jersey offers an entry-level salary range of $40,000 - $43,000, depending on education, experience, and skills. Subject to business performance and management recommendations, there may be eligibility for an incentive compensation plan. Benefits include a comprehensive package of medical, financial, and other perks.
