👔 Financial Analyst / Manager (Korean Bilingual)

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cash flow to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements 💰
• Prepare both actual and projected financial statements based on outlook forecasting 📊
• Process timely payments to vendors in the US and Canada branches 📝
• Track delinquent accounts receivable by communicating with project managers 📞
• Resolve account receivable discrepancies and reconcile unapplied and credit memos against outstanding invoices 🔍
• Investigate documentation and emails to support reconciliation efforts 📂
• Provide customers and team leaders with A/R analyst reports to support collections 📈
• Verify and process incoming check payments ✅
• Manage corporate credit card activities and guide employees on proper procedures 💳
• Participate in developing and establishing expense policies and procedures, including process and system improvements 🛠️
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies within a K-SOX environment ✅
• Perform ad hoc duties and generate reports as needed 📝

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (preferred) 🎓
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field; 6 years for managerial roles 🧑‍💼
• Thorough understanding of business administration, finance, and accounting 🔍
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in English and Korean is a plus 🗣️
• Strong interpersonal skills 🤝
