Responsibilities

• Financial Management and Reporting 💰: Oversee all finance and accounting operations, including processing accounts payable and receivable, monthly closing, and quarterly financial reporting.
• Operational Coordination and Treasury Management 🏦: Handle daily accounting activities, reconcile accounts, manage treasury functions, forecast cash flows, and ensure financial transparency.
• Compliance and Regulatory Oversight 📋: Ensure adherence to financial policies, US GAAP/IFRS standards, regulatory requirements, and manage tax filings and audits.
• Corporate Management 🏢: Manage taxes, payroll, corporate development projects, accounts payable/receivable, and streamline transaction processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement 🔄: Build strong relationships with business units, contribute to projects and process enhancements, and uphold robust financial practices.
• Ad Hoc Projects 🎯: Lead special projects and collaborate with business team leaders on various initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 📜
• Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience 🗓️
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards 📙
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and accounting software 🖥️
• Bilingual in English and Korean 🇺🇸🇰🇷
