🔍 Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Performance Monitoring 📊

  • Prepare and present cash flow statements to senior management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity.
  • Maintain financial records across platforms such as Google Drive, upholding data integrity and accessibility.
  • Track financial performance through variance analysis against budgets and prior periods.
  • Reconcile monthly intercompany Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balances with the parent company, Osstem Implant Co., Ltd., as early as possible at the start of each month.

Financial Planning & Analysis (Cash Flow) 💰

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and short- to mid-term cash flow forecasting.
  • Prepare financial summaries and analyses to support management decision-making.

Governance & Stakeholder Engagement 🤝

  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies; prepare necessary documentation and filings.
  • Maintain the shareholder register and prepare materials for general and board meetings.

Compliance & Internal Controls ✅

  • Review and update financial policies and internal control procedures periodically.
  • Conduct compliance assessments to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination 🏢

  • Oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly financial operations, including treasury reporting and general ledger management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between finance and other departments.
  • Support ad hoc projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

📝 Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • Experience: 5-7 years in finance or accounting, including 3-5 years in supervisory roles
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ERP systems proficiency required. SAP experience a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communicator, leader, and interpersonal skills
  • Eligibility: Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Language: Full professional fluency in both English and Korean (essential for communication with the parent company, Osstem)
  • Global Experience: Preferably with multinational or global corporate background
  • Certifications: CFA, CPA, or similar professional certifications are a plus

💼 Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 annually
