Job Overview ✏️

We are searching for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Finance Business Partner to support our North American (NA) sales team in the consumer electronics industry. This strategic role bridges finance and sales, providing insightful analysis, managing accounts receivable, and driving data-driven business performance. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant experience, is bilingual in English and Mandarin, and excels at transforming business needs into actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities 📝

  • Sales Business Support

    Collaborate with the NA sales team to provide comprehensive financial support for sales initiatives, including pricing strategies, sales budgeting, and profitability analysis across customers, products, and channels. Work closely with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to align sales goals with financial targets and support business development and negotiations.

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting

    Perform detailed analysis on sales performance, margins, and costs to identify growth opportunities and risks. Prepare regular reports—monthly, quarterly, and annually—that include KPIs, variance analyses, and forecasts to empower strategic decision-making.

  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Monitoring & Management

    Manage the entire AR cycle for the NA market, monitoring outstanding receivables, following up on overdue accounts, and reconciling transactions. Analyze AR aging reports to mitigate bad debt risks and liaise with the accounting team to ensure timely collection and recording.

  • Local Inventory Monitoring

    Track and analyze inventory levels in Texas, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and supply chain status. Conduct valuation, monitor obsolete stock, and provide insights to optimize inventory turnover and support sales demands.

  • Process Optimization & Compliance

    Identify opportunities to improve financial processes related to sales support, AR, and inventory management. Ensure adherence to company policies, Texas financial regulations, and GAAP standards in all activities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Act as a key financial liaison between the global finance team and the NA sales department. Support special projects such as product launches, market expansion, and cost-saving initiatives with data-driven insights.

Requirements & Qualifications 🎯

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Certifications like CPA or CMA are a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in finance within the consumer electronics industry, with a focus on sales support, financial analysis, or AR management. Experience supporting North American markets is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal) and proficient in Mandarin. Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Expertise in financial modeling, Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), ERP systems (SAP preferred), and financial reporting tools. Ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Soft Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen.
  • Additional: Knowledge of GAAP standards and the ability to work independently in a remote setting if needed.
