Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will ensure the financial integrity of our multi-entity operations. This position demands a professional capable of balancing detailed accounting tasks with high-level strategic reporting to our Headquarters (HQ).

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Lead and review subsidiaries' financial statements, assuring accuracy in monthly closings and reports.
• Consolidation & HQ Reporting: Prepare consolidated financial reports and management packages for executive review and HQ submission.
• Compliance & Audit Management: Oversee internal control procedures (ICFR) and serve as the primary contact during internal and external audits.
• Strategic FP&A: Drive budgeting and forecasting activities, analyzing variances to deliver actionable insights.
• Subsidiary Coordination: Maintain communication and align financial policies across all U.S. entities.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, or FP&A.
• Language: Native-level fluency in both Korean and English (verbal and written) is mandatory for effective communication with HQ and local teams.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems; solid understanding of U.S. GAAP/IFRS and Internal Controls.
• Core Competencies: Proven expertise in Monthly Closings, Audit Defense, and Financial Consolidation.
