Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Finance & Corporate Planning Analyst to support the finance and corporate planning functions of the U.S. holding company and its subsidiaries. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to corporate finance, subsidiary financial management, and strategic planning. 🔍

Note: As a holding company, our organization does not handle daily bookkeeping for subsidiaries. Instead, this role will focus on financial oversight, internal controls, consolidated reporting, and planning support across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

• 📝 Assist in reviewing financial reports and statements submitted by subsidiaries.
• 📊 Support the preparation of consolidated financial information for management reporting.
• 🔄 Assist in monitoring subsidiaries’ monthly closing and financial reporting processes.
• 🛡️ Support documentation and tracking of internal control procedures across subsidiaries.
• 📑 Assist in preparing financial schedules and materials for management and external reviews.
• 🔐 Maintain and monitor internal control policies and procedures for subsidiaries.
• 🔎 Support internal audit documentation and compliance review processes.
• ✅ Track key financial policies and ensure subsidiaries follow corporate financial guidelines.
• 💬 Coordinate communication between the holding company and subsidiaries regarding financial policies.
• 📈 Assist in preparing financial data for budgeting and forecasting.
• 📉 Support analysis of subsidiaries’ financial performance and operational results.
• 🗂️ Prepare management reports and financial summaries for executive review.
• 🚀 Support business planning initiatives and strategic projects.
• 🤝 Coordinate with subsidiaries to collect financial and operational data.
• 📋 Assist in preparing reports and presentations for headquarters and senior management.

Requirements

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree required; majors in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics preferred.
• 🧮 3–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, consulting, or related fields preferred.
• 🔍 Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• 💡 Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving ability.
• 🤝 Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and entities.
• 🇰🇷 Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
