About the Role

As a Technical Support Specialist – Flying Doctor, you will provide hands-on technical support and field assistance for our dealership network across Italy. Your primary responsibilities include diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to maintain high standards of vehicle performance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot vehicle systems to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Provide on-site field assistance and remote support to dealerships and customers.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical problems to maintain vehicle uptime.
• Collaborate with the technical team to share insights and improve support processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical diploma or degree in engineering related to the automotive industry.
• 2–4 years of experience in after-sales service or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Italian.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive attitude.
