Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships
• Conduct in-person outreach to hospitals, clinics, community partners, and referral sources
• Promote Anchor Health’s homecare services to generate Start of Care (SOC) referrals
• Track outreach efforts and report activity and results
• Work independently to grow your territory with minimal provided leads

Compensation & Benefits 💰

• Hourly pay between $24 - $28
• Commission paid per Start of Care

Requirements ✅

• Must have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working independently with limited leads
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• English and Arabic speaking required
• Previous healthcare or field marketing experience (preferred but not required)
