📝 Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships
• Conduct in-person outreach to hospitals, clinics, community partners, and referral sources
• Promote Anchor Health’s homecare services to generate Start of Care (SOC) referrals
• Track outreach efforts and report activity and results
• Work independently to grow your territory with minimal leads provided

💼 Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $24 - $28
• Commission: Paid per Start of Care (SOC) referral

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working independently with limited leads
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
