Help at Home is hiring! We offer weekly pay up to $18.50 per hour and are looking for a dedicated Spanish-fluent Field Coordinator to support our clients and team.

About the Role 📝

As a Field Coordinator, you'll make daily home visits to ensure our clients receive top-quality care. You'll also handle administrative tasks, manage communications, and support your branch’s operations.

Responsibilities ✅

• Conduct daily visits to our clients' homes 🏡
• Enter and submit documentation of home visits 📄
• Answer incoming calls and redirect as needed 📞
• Greet and assist guests and visitors 👋
• Assist the Branch Manager with administrative and clerical duties as assigned 🗂️

Minimum Qualifications 📋

• High school diploma or GED 🎓
• Valid driver's license 🚗
• Access to insured, reliable transportation (vehicle or public transit) 🚉
• Active auto insurance 📑
• Ability to travel within the service area weekdays between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ⏰
• Proficient computer skills 💻
• Customer service experience and skills 💬
• Fluent in Spanish 🗣️
