Japanese Business Services Manager – Global Compliance and Reporting 🌏

Your Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Support client engagements by reviewing work products, coordinating with clients and team members, and managing deadlines
- Track engagement economics and ensure timely delivery
- Identify and resolve complex tax technical issues
- Share insights to improve processes and boost overall efficiency
- Handle a variety of evolving responsibilities with agility and professionalism

- Provide tailored federal tax guidance to US and Japanese inbound clients
- Stay current with legislation changes impacting planning activities

Qualifications 📋
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or advanced degree in Tax or Law, with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Progress toward or completion of CPA certification or licensed attorney status
- Strong background in tax compliance, accounting, and US income taxation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and data mining tools
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects confidently and engage directly with client teams
- Fluent in Japanese
- Willingness to travel as needed and work in a hybrid environment

- Competitive Compensation: Base salary ranges from $103,600 to $189,900 in the US; in NYC, WA, and CA (excluding Sacramento), $124,300 to $215,800. Our Total Rewards include medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
