Your Career Path: From Financial Professional to Manager

Starting as a financial professional, you'll learn to sell our products, build client relationships, and meet achievement requirements¹. Following this, you'll undergo a rigorous six-month training program designed to prepare you for a management career, including recruiting and coaching others for success.

Transition to a Field Manager Role 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

After 12 months of meeting specific requirements, you'll participate in a focused six-month Associate Partner training program¹. This prepares you to lead and build your team of financial professionals. Throughout your journey, opportunities for growth and promotion to senior management will continue to open.

Compensation Structure 💰

As a financial professional², your income is primarily commission-based³. If you qualify and are approved as an Associate Partner, you'll receive a salary ranging from $60,000–$150,000 (state-specific minimums apply), plus additional compensation for recruiting and developing agents ("R&Ds").
