Program Overview
The Accelerated Path to Management Program begins with you as a financial professional, learning to sell our products, build client relationships, and meet specific requirements* before progressing into a management role. Afterward, you'll undergo a six-month intensive training to prepare for leadership and coaching others to success.

Path to Management 🚀
After successfully meeting the initial professional requirements, you will advance to a six-month Associate Partner training program, preparing you to lead and build your team of financial professionals. Our supportive environment provides ongoing opportunities for growth and promotion.
