Join Our Team as a Clinical Director! 🌟

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to oversee care coordination, staff training, program quality, and community relationships within our East Bay Family Care Community Partnerships. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with 20% remote work and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on families and communities.

What You’ll Be Doing 📝

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing care coordination and supervision of the East Bay Family Care Community Partnerships (EBFCCP)
  • Staff training and development
  • Ensuring program quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Managing program resources to maximize client service quality
  • Promoting growth and professional development of staff

Hybrid Role: 20% remote work arrangement

Your Main Priorities 🎯

While additional responsibilities may arise, your primary focus will include:

  • Providing supervision, guidance, and training to all program staff; conducting staff assessments and annual performance reviews
  • Ensuring Clinical Supervisors effectively collaborate with program staff to deliver comprehensive assistance and resources to families
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with local schools, community agencies, service providers, and Housing Specialists
  • Fostering collaborative relationships with the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF), including Intake, Protective Services, probation, and related programs
  • Implementing community-based prevention and early intervention models for families involved with DCYF
  • Maintaining accurate case records, performance data, and other administrative paperwork
  • Facilitating client referrals and managing the intake process

Who You Are: Requirements, Skills & Abilities 🧠

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in child welfare and/or family services; foster care experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and time-management skills
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Effective communication and engagement with diverse populations
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • Collaborative spirit and team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and vehicle registration
  • Authorization to complete a motor vehicle record check
  • Successful completion of background checks and medical clearances as required

Physical Requirements for Direct Service Staff 🚶‍♂️🚗

This role involves sitting, standing, walking, driving, and lifting up to 25 lbs. The position also requires operating computers, cell phones, and effective communication with colleagues.
