Seeking a bilingual Mandarin-speaking Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality, culturally competent care in a supportive team environment.

Position Overview 🩺

The FNP/PA will deliver comprehensive primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients within an outpatient setting. This role offers robust clinical and administrative support within a collaborative care model, ideal for providers seeking full-time flexibility and steady scheduling.

Key Responsibilities ✅

• Provide comprehensive primary care services across all age groups
• Conduct routine checkups, manage acute conditions, and treat chronic diseases
• Offer in-office telemedicine visits as needed 💻
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams 🤝
• Educate patients on wellness, preventive care, and disease management
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans under physician supervision 💊
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostics including labs and imaging
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation 📝

Schedule & Flexibility 🗓️

• Full-Time, Part-Time, or Weekend position
• Weekend shifts required for full-time roles (1 weekend day/month)
• Additional weekday shifts available based on availability

Compensation & Benefits 💰

• Annual salary ranging from $160,000 to $215,000
• Paid Time Off (PTO)

Qualifications & Requirements 📝

• Active FNP certification or PA-C certification
• Current New York State license
• Fluency in Mandarin (required)
• Primary care or family practice experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Dedication to delivering culturally competent care
