🌟 Position Overview

Our growing outpatient center is looking for skilled Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) who are fluent in Mandarin. This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, with flexible scheduling options, and supports H1 visa applicants. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive primary care across all age groups in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care: services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Perform routine checkups: including managing acute illnesses and monitoring chronic diseases
• Conduct telemedicine consultations: ensuring accessible care from the office
• Collaborate: with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Patient education: on wellness, nutrition, and disease prevention strategies
• Prescribe medications: and oversee treatment plans under physician supervision
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests: including labs and imaging
• Maintain detailed records: ensuring accuracy and compliance

🎓 Qualifications

• Active FNP certification and New York State license
• Mandarin fluency is required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary or family care preferred
• Excellent communication skills for independent and team-based work
• Commitment to culturally competent care for diverse patient populations

🕑 Work Schedule

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week, including 2-3 weekends per month
• Part-Time: Minimum of 3 days/week
• Optional travel to our Brooklyn office once it opens, with flexibility

💼 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive, ranging from $170,000 to $210,000 annually, based on experience
